Yesterday I asked myself, how do I digest my thoughts?
I took a moment to make a list:
swim, dance, breathe, yoga, meditation, dance, run, walk, chant, breathe, self-study, read, walk.... sleep.
When I am extremely focused and happy, (typically while not in school and living in Canada)...
Kayaking. Snowboarding. Skiing. Surfing. Hiking. Biking. Dancing.
(Of my world, at least.)
